Materials, parts, and upgrades will be billed separately. Normal Service/Support hours M-F 8am to 6pm. Special hours -- evenings after 6pm or weekends will be reconciled at time-and-a-half. Drive time: one-way charge only, billed at 15 minutes from Raleigh to Cary. Major telephone support billable at 15-minute increments.
