| Bring your equipment to TenPlus: | Get a diagnosis within 48 hours (two business days) from the time your equipment is checked in. If you approve the work suggested by our technician, work will begin on repairs. | Urgent issue? Bring your equipment to TenPlus and we can expedite service for an extra $55. Get a diagnosis within four business hours, and, with your approval, repair work will proceed immediately. |
| A technician at your site: | A technician at your site within 48 hours (2 business days) of your phone call, depending on the number of appointments in the queue before yours. | Get in the high-priority queue for only $55 and a technician will be there as soon as possible. For such appointments, the Service Manager will confirm expected time of arrival with you. |
