Phone, Remote and Onsite Support
At TenPlus our we provide technical support services to our clients via Phone, Remote Support and Onsite support activities. With a TenPlus Service Agreement, TenPlus can monitor, manage and support your environment using modern technology tools that limit on-site activities and disruptions to your workflow and office environment. When on-site events are required, we will plan and schedule these events with you on a priority basis.
